We’re looking for a

Senior Web Developer & Designer

who can own the full lifecycle of web experiences—from strategy and design to development and optimization.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and development of high-performing websites (primarily WordPress)
• Create visually compelling, conversion-focused UI/UX for SaaS products
• Optimize website performance, SEO, and user journeys
• Leverage

AI tools

to accelerate design, development, personalization, and experimentation

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver seamless digital experiences
• Continuously test, iterate, and improve website performance using data

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in web development & design
• Strong expertise in

WordPress (custom themes, plugins, performance optimization)

• Proven experience working with

SaaS companies

• Solid understanding of

UI/UX principles and conversion optimization

• Hands-on experience with

AI tools for web design/development

(e.g., design automation, AI builders, personalization tools)

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and modern frameworks is a plus)
• Strong eye for design + attention to detail
• Ability to think strategically, not just execute

• Familiarity with headless CMS or modern web stacks
