Description – Your Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of routine and complex lab analyses, including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, meticulously following established protocols.
• Evaluate test outcomes for precision, resolve discrepancies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Participate in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis when required.
• Document all laboratory procedures thoroughly, train newcomers, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Keep the lab environment clean and safe, complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health discipline, along with preparation for ASCP or AMT certification.

Certification Specifications

• Must obtain ASCP or AMT Board certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout employment duration.
