Finance Manager (FROM ECOMMERCE INDUSTRY ONLY)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in the e-commerce industry to oversee financial planning, reporting, and marketplace reconciliation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing high-volume transactions, payment gateways, and marketplace settlements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end financial operations for e-commerce business
• Handle marketplace reconciliations (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Monitor receivables, settlements, and payment cycles
• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and variance analysis
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Ensure GST compliance, invoicing, and tax filings
• Track and control costs, margins, and profitability
• Work closely with operations, supply chain, and sales teams
• Manage audits (internal & external) and ensure compliance
• Optimize working capital and cash flow management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA / MBA Finance preferred)
• 4–8 years of experience, with mandatory experience in e-commerce finance
• Strong knowledge of marketplace reconciliation and payment cycles
• Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and financial compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, ERP systems)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with D2C brands or marketplace-driven businesses
• Familiarity with payment gateways and logistics cost structures
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling)
• Experience handling high transaction volumes
