We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Power BI Developer (L2/L3) to design, develop, and maintain advanced business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into impactful data visualizations. Experience in the Pharma domain will be an added advantage.

• Key Responsibilities**Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.Translate business requirements into scalable data models and BI solutions.Develop complex DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs.Optimize Power BI performance and ensure data accuracy and integrity.Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights.Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from multiple sources.Ensure best practices in data visualization, governance, and security.Provide L2/L3 production support and troubleshoot BI-related issues.*Required Skills & Qualifications**5+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI development.Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.Experience working with SQL and relational understanding of data warehousing concepts.Experience integrating data from multiple sources (Azure, Excel, APIs, etc.).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.*Preferred Skills**Experience in the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare domain.Exposure to Azure data services (Azure SQL, Data Factory, Synapse, etc.).Knowledge of data governance and BI best practices.
