Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Counselor

Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based in Warrenton, VA and involves providing direct mental health services as a Licensed Mental Health Specialist, Psychologist, or Counselor. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and delivering psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. The specialist will also provide relationship counseling, monitor client progress, maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, and coordinate case management activities with other providers or community resources. Additional duties may include participating in team meetings, engaging in clinical consultation, and adhering to all regulatory, ethical, and practice standards. Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Mental Health and Psychology, with the ability to apply clinical theories to practice.
• Demonstrated skills in Treatment Planning and Case Management to support client progress and continuity of care.
• Experience in Relationship Counseling and working with individuals, couples, and families.
• Current, active license as a mental health professional (e.g., Psychologist, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of Virginia or eligibility for licensure.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Comfort working on-site in a collaborative practice setting and engaging with diverse client populations.
• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and basic proficiency with electronic health records is preferred.
