NATIONAL SALES MANAGER

POSITION PROFILE
HOLLY HUNT is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven National Sales Manager to help accelerate brand growth, strengthen client partnerships, and elevate sales performance across North America. This leadership role is responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives, supporting and coaching showroom and partner representatives, and serving as a key ambassador for the HOLLY HUNT brand within the luxury interiors and design community.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Strategy & Performance Leadership
- Partner with the Vice President of Sales and Sales Leadership team to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives aligned with overall company revenue goals.
- Establish measurable sales objectives, benchmarks, and accountability standards for HOLLY HUNT and partner showroom representatives.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance through regular reporting, forecasting, and structured follow-up on sales business plans, including 30/60/90-day projections.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and territory opportunities to identify growth strategies and maximize market penetration.
- Recommend improvements to sales processes, policies, and service standards to enhance customer experience and overall business performance.
Relationship Management & Market Development
- Build, strengthen, and maintain trusted relationships with showroom owners, managers, sales representatives, and top-tier clients throughout North America.
- Serve as a visible and influential ambassador for the HOLLY HUNT brand across key markets and industry events.
- Partner with sales representatives on client visits, presentations, and business development opportunities within design firms and customer offices.
- Support the successful introduction and positioning of new and existing products to drive customer engagement and market growth.
- Establish and maintain close relationships with high-profile clients and key industry decision-makers.
Training, Coaching & Team Support
- Travel extensively throughout assigned territories to provide sales support, product education, and ongoing coaching for showroom teams and sales associates.
- Develop and lead impactful product and sales training programs focused on product knowledge, applications, features, and competitive positioning.
- Create and distribute meaningful sales reporting tools and performance insights for showroom managers, partner showrooms, and territory sales associates.
- Collaborate with showroom leadership to organize and execute client events, presentations, and in-showroom experiences that elevate brand awareness and drive sales.
Operational Excellence & Industry Engagement
- Ensure all business activities are conducted with the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with company standards.
- Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders to support alignment, transparency, and execution of sales priorities.
- Represent HOLLY HUNT at industry associations, networking events, and professional development programs.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and evolving customer needs to provide strategic market insight to leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required, degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related discipline preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a national sales leadership role or equivalent experience, preferably within luxury furnishings, interior design, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success driving sales growth, account development, and strategic relationship management.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with sales reporting, forecasting, and CRM tools preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to two weeks per month.
