Job Description

Drive technical excellence as a Support Specialist focused on HVAC systems. Provide hands-on troubleshooting and customer support while collaborating on exciting new product strategies and lifecycle management. In this role, leverage your background in gas and refrigeration along with your HVAC certifications.

You'll engage with customers to resolve issues and collaborate with product supervisors to ensure successful product launches and ongoing market analysis. Your contribution will span across various regions to champion innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer technical queries from customers daily
  • Oversee product management lifecycle efforts
  • Collaborate on market trends and competitor analysis
  • Engage with sales teams to enhance product visibility
  • Refine selling points of HVAC products across markets Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering essential
  • French fluency needed for effective communication
  • Gas Certification and/or Refrigeration License needed
  • 3+ years of HVAC customer interaction experience
