In this role as a key member of the India business unit's strategy team, your main responsibility will be to support the development and execution of business strategies aimed at driving growth. You will play a crucial role in analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Develop financial models and forecasts.
  • Analyze sales and marketing performance data.
  • Develop and manage business plans and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business strategies.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications Required:

  • MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in business strategy, management consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with financial modeling.
