This position is responsible for engineering technical solutions for customers manufacturing and edge computing, networking and hosted data strategy in the industrial market.
1. Building and operating IIoT platforms and solutions for our smart factory customers.
2. Knowledge of leading IoT platforms, features and concepts such device management, connectivity management, data orchestration, end-to-end security, and firmware updates.
3. Experience with IOT operating systems such as Linux and Windows IoT.
4. Demonstrated knowledge of industrial automation and related interface control standards (e.g. Fieldbus, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, OPC).
5. Experience with IOT data transport protocols including HTTP, MQTT, CoAP and LWM2M.
6. Experience with cloud services for AWS and Microsoft Azure.
7. Experience with IOT connectivity Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and cellular networking applications including GSM, GPRS and LTE.
8. Experience with networking concepts, e.g. SSH, DNS, DHCP, Port mapping, IOT connectivity Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and cellular networking including GSM, GPRS and LTE.
9.Experience with IOT device programming.
10.Experience with at least one back end development environment (e.g. NodeJS, ReactJS, Python). Familiarity with databases, SQL and object-relational mapping is an advantage.
11.Familiarity with Big Data systems like Hadoop, Hive, HBase, Spark and middleware such as Kubernetes, Kafka, etc is an advantage.
12.Experience with IOT data filtering, cleaning and management is an advantage.
13.Familiarity with development tools such as Jira, Confluence, GIT, MS Devops.
14.Familiarity with development lifecycles and methodologies such as Agile Scrum.
15.Experience/familiarity in automation design, configuration management, continuous integration and release engineering tools (Docker, Jenkins, GIT, Ant etc).
16.Excellent communication skills and the ability to have in-depth technical discussions with both the engineering team and business people.
