Job Description:

Microchip Technology, Inc is looking for an individual, to work in our Development Systems Group in a warehouse environment.

• Responsibilities:

• Will work with product assembly, following Bills of Materials (BOMs), barcode scanning, and palletization for shipment preparation.

• Will pick, prepare, and process sales order shipments for worldwide customers.

• Ability to follow complex written and verbal work instructions.

• Ability to safely transport pallets using a pallet jack.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• This is a safety-sensitive position.

• Schedule & Benefits

  Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

  Benefits begin on date of hire

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Basic technician skills required.

• Some experience in a Lead role preferred.

• Experience with assembly, palletization for shipment preparation

• Strong computer, math, and reading comprehension skills necessary for inventory management and shipment processing.

• Demonstrated history of above-average attendance and strong work ethic.
