Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Loss Prevention Specialist. The individual in this role will be responsible for mitigating potential retail losses, ensuring compliance with physical security protocols, conducting surveillance and investigations, and optimizing inventory control processes. The position involves developing and implementing strategies to protect company assets and minimize risks related to theft or fraud.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Retail Loss Prevention strategies and best practices
• Knowledge of Physical Security measures and Surveillance systems
• Experience conducting detailed Investigations and analyzing findings
• Understanding of effective Inventory Control methods and solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Previous experience in the retail or healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
