Job Description

You will report into Senior Leadership and be responsible for:

• Building and growing revenue within an assigned territory by engaging existing customers and developing new relationships
• Supporting customers through site visits by reviewing applications and recommending appropriate technical solutions
• Conducting sales calls, product demonstrations, and technical presentations to influence buying decisions
• Providing installation support, start‑up assistance, and customer training
• Collaborating with internal engineering, applications, and service teams to deliver customer solutions
• Developing industry knowledge to understand customer processes and use cases
• Managing territory activity by forecasting sales, tracking opportunities, and maintaining CRM records
• Gathering and reporting market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Several years of experience in technical sales, engineering, or applications within an industrial environment
• Knowledge of valves, actuators, or similar mechanical or electrical systems
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory
• Comfort working in industrial or manufacturing environments
