Job Description

• Build, scale, and maintain robust applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
• Develop and maintain high-quality REST/GraphQL APIs with a focus on performance, security, and reliability.
• Architect and deploy solutions on Microsoft Azure , leveraging cloud-native services end to end.
• Drive DevOps practices on the ground - CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and incident management.
• Lead and manage a cross-functional engineering team of 2-15 members, driving delivery, accountability, and technical excellence.

The Successful Applicant

• Strong proficiency in Java & Spring Boot - you've built production-grade backend systems
• Proven cloud expertise on Microsoft Azure (certifications strongly preferred) and working knowledge of AWS
• Hands-on experience with Angular for frontend development
• Strong people management skills - mentoring, performance management, and team building
• Built at least one application from the ground up - architected, developed, and taken to prod
• Azure certification (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-204, AZ-305 or equivalent) - mandatory
• Hands-on DevOps execution experience
