Job Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, service agreements, NDAs, and partnership contracts.
• Manage and support intellectual property matters, with a primary focus on trademarks, including filings, renewals, and coordination.
• Working knowledge of data privacy and data protection laws, including familiarity with India's DPDP framework or global privacy concepts.
• Support the adoption and implementation of legal automation tools and contract management systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Partner closely with internal business, operations, product, and technology teams to provide timely legal support and practical, business‑oriented advice.
• Assist in maintaining and updating standard contract templates, playbooks, and internal legal processes.
• Support the Head of Legal on ongoing legal initiatives, compliance requirements, and ad‑hoc matters as required.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors where necessary to ensure effective and cost‑efficient outcomes.
• Exposure to international markets would be an add-on

The Successful Applicant

• A degree in law from a recognised institution.
