Job Description
- Drafting and finalization of legal notices and replies, legal notes, briefs, pleadings, appeals, MOUs, contracts, Service Level Agreements across all Business Unit's and other deeds/documents.
- Assist in the formulation, implementation and/or amendment of Company, department policies.
- Legal research on corporate commercial laws, exchange control law, contract law & advise on statutory compliances.
- Handling Litigation (NCLT, Civil, and Criminal matters as well as Arbitration Matters).
- Co-ordination, follow-up and assistance to external counsels
The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal Consultant should have:
- LL.B/LL.M
- 3-6 Years of post-qualification experience
- Proficiency in contract drafting, etiquette and keen awareness of best practices prevailing in commercial contracts regime.
- Solid understanding of company laws, corporate laws and principles of corporate governance.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
