- Liaison and work with procurement/finance teams on contracts for purchasing.
- Collaborating closely with internal clients and members of the legal teams to get contracts closed, including where needed, with the relevant stakeholder approvals.
- Contract life cycle management - owning the process of contract signature and filling.
- Providing trusted and proactive legal expertise, both verbally and in writing, which is pragmatic.
- Advising management and functional teams on legal and regulatory issues that may arise in the course of their day-to-day functioning.
