Job Description

• Assisting and working closely with business stakeholders and other functions.
• Will be involved to work on vendor and expense contracts.
• Liaison and work with procurement/finance teams on contracts for purchasing.
• Collaborating closely with internal clients and members of the legal teams to get contracts closed, including where needed, with the relevant stakeholder approvals.
• Contract life cycle management - owning the process of contract signature and filling.
• Providing trusted and proactive legal expertise, both verbally and in writing, which is pragmatic.
• Advising management and functional teams on legal and regulatory issues that may arise in the course of their day-to-day functioning.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Consultant should have:

• LL.B/LL.M
• Demonstrated skill in commercial contract drafting & negotiation
• Experience working with a technology-based in-house team
