• 12-20 years of experience in Life Insurance
• 7-10+ years specifically in:
• Persistency
• Renewal Operations
• Lapse Management
• Customer Retention
• Proven experience working with senior leadership, actuaries, and regulators
• Deep understanding of Life Insurance product lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of IRDAI regulations and persistency norms
• Data‑driven decision‑making
• Renewal economics and EV mindset
