Global Network Engineer

Lead the design, testing, and initial deployment of network, security, voice, and cloud infrastructure, providing Level 3 support, developing POCs, implementing new technologies, and creating detailed documentation.

Description

• Monitor and maintain global network infrastructure to ensure performance and stability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Implement network upgrades and enhancements to improve reliability, scalability, and capacity.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional technology teams to design and deploy secure network solutions.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for network configurations, procedures, and changes.

Profile

• 3+ years hybrid cloud experience (Azure), including hands‑on work with VNet architecture, VPN gateways, and ExpressRoute design.
• Enterprise switching and routing - BGP, OSPF, HP/Aruba switching
• Firewalls and network security - ideally Palo Alto
• Cloud networking - Azure VNets, VPN gateways, ExpressRoute, hybrid cloud
• Load balancing/application delivery - A10, F5, Citrix NetScaler
• Wireless/SD-WAN/network operations - Aruba Wireless/Central, SD-WAN, voice/network troubleshooting tools
