Job Description

• Lead the data science function, driving strategy, execution, and organizational growth.
• Mentor, hire, and manage a diverse, high‑performing analytics team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director of Data Science should have:

• 14+ years of experience, including 10+ years leading analytics delivery and data science teams.
• Strong problem‑solving, data science fundamentals, people leadership, and the ability to drive strategic analytical solutions.
• Proven experience managing senior client relationships, including C‑suite stakeholders.
• Prior ownership of P&L or business growth responsibilities.
• Exposure to at least two key industries: CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, or BFSI.
• Solid grounding in algorithms, data structures, and analytical methodologies.
• Strong ability to influence, guide, and collaborate with both technical and business leaders.
