Position: Marketing Experts (MBA Required) - AI Training

Type: Contract

Compensation: $210–$425/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Review and evaluate data outputs to benchmark and improve AI models across various domains.
Label data with precision to ensure high-quality AI model training.
Collaborate with AI labs to refine model accuracy and performance.
Apply consistent judgment across large volumes of tasks to maintain data quality.
Work independently in a low-pressure environment with flexible hours.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree, or 2 to 3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's from a reputable institution.
Strong attention to detail and ability to apply consistent judgment.
Excellent written communication and research skills.
Ability to understand and follow detailed rubrics and evaluation guidelines.
