ATR Cash and Investment Analyst - Fixed term contract

Job Description

Primary activities include, but are not limited to:

• Revise and approve bank account reconciliations to ensure all transactions were properly solved during the month and bank account balance match with general ledger balance

• Verify finance tools reports to ensure all data is accurate when migrating to ERP System from Finance Kit tools 

• Ensure the processes are done according with Policies and Internal control requirements.

• Work closely with other team members to effectively manage workload and gain exposure to multiple finance and business disciplines within Company to follow up on recurring issues and old items in order to define next steps until issues are solved with teams such as StS, OtC, Intercompany and GL. 

• Prepare documentation and reports for audit purpose for all markets to attend audit requirements such as reconciliation samples, journal entries back- ups,  all other inquiries from auditors and support walkthroughs.

• Verify for the integrity of entries to be accountable for the accuracy and support documentation of every manual journal entry, achieving required accuracy on all defined KPIs and SLA’s.

• Perform pre closing and closing activities as per corporate calendar.

• Provide support across Cash & Investments and other AtR sub-process activities.

• Perform MJE for Cash Pooling, Cash In Transit, Investments and Intercompany Loans.

• Ensure all reconciliations are processed in a timely basis and adhering to all corporate standards and guidelines. Timely follow up on open items. 

• Ensure activities comply with internal controls, SOX, and corporate policies and procedures.

• Provide customer support (internal and external).

• Actively identify opportunities for streamlining and rendering service delivery more efficiently, and participating in special projects.

• Perform first analysis of numbers and coordinate meetings with markets and identify additional actions whenever necessary for final close submission of numbers to corporate. 

Requirements:

• Bachellors degree in Accounting, or Business Administration with accounting experience.

• Minimun 4 -5 years of experience in accounting, and bank account reconciliations.

• Advanced in english, Portuguese is a plus.
