Position: Operations Analyst for Customer Success

In this position, you will report to the Customer Success Operations Manager and take a proactive role in managing essential processes. Your ability to navigate and enhance our Customer Success platform and quoting workflows will be pivotal in driving customer adoption and retention metrics. Be ready to lead improvements and become the go-to expert in operational strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main CPQ support for quoting processes
- Reengineer the Gainsight Customer Success platform
- Create automated rules and processes for lifecycle management
- Conduct audits for CS compensation and reporting
- Generate dashboards to track key customer metrics
Requirements
- 2–5 years in Revenue or Customer Success Operations
- Strong Gainsight admin skills required
- Experience navigating Salesforce and its integrations
- Understanding of CPQ tools for quoting processes
- Excellent Excel capabilities for data analysis
