Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in St. Thomas, Ontario, for an AI Software Engineer. The primary responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications and solutions using the latest tools and technologies. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop machine learning models, integrate AI algorithms, and optimize performance across various platforms. Additional tasks include system architecture design, debugging, performance tuning, and providing technical documentation. This role is integral in driving innovation and ensuring a seamless user experience for clients across a range of industries.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python, Java, and JavaScript, along with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning concepts, AI models, and natural language processing.
• Experience in working with modern cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure and containerization tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Familiarity with front-end and back-end development technologies such as React, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Ability to design, train, and optimize algorithms for real-world applications. Experience with LangChain and OpenAI APIs is an asset.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or industry certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in AI development or successful deployment of machine learning applications is highly desirable.
