Position Overview

We're growing our EMEA Marketing organization and are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager – DACH to drive brand awareness, demand generation, account-based marketing, and pipeline progression across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You'll partner closely with sales teams focused on Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) to accelerate growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Own DACH marketing strategy and execution across awareness, demand generation, and pipeline acceleration
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
• Partner with sales leadership to align marketing programs with business objectives
• Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for strategic accounts
• Manage regional marketing plans, reporting, and optimization
• Execute events, tradeshows, and customer-facing programs

Qualifications

Required

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience in field marketing, demand generation, or ABM
• Experience marketing to Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance industries
• Strong stakeholder management and sales partnership skills
• Experience developing integrated multi-touch marketing programs
• Experience with named-account ABM strategies
• Willingness to travel and work independently

Preferred

• Experience with AI, cloud, data platform, or emerging technology solutions

Our Benefits & Rewards

The primary locations for this opportunity are Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The applicable salary range for these locations is:

€69,900 – €115,500

The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
