Job Title: Health Insurance Sales Executive
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 1–3 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and field activities.
- Promote and sell Health Insurance products at diagnostic centers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Explain policy features, process new policies and renewals, and provide after-sales support.
- Build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain customer records, update CRM, and prepare sales reports.
- Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and industry regulations.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Health Insurance products.
- Strong interest in sales and customer relationship management.
- Lead generation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
Preferred Candidate
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Health Insurance, General Insurance, BFSI, or Field Sales.
- Experience in insurance sales through hospitals, diagnostic centers, or healthcare channels is an added advantage.
- Possession of a valid BQP License will be an added advantage.
