Hospital Pharmacist

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications accurately, ensuring patient safety, and providing professional guidance on the proper use of prescribed drugs while adhering to regulatory and hospital standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
• Review prescriptions to ensure correctness and appropriateness
• Provide patients with information on drug usage, dosage, and side effects
• Monitor patient medication therapy and report any adverse reactions
• Maintain proper records of prescriptions and inventory
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and hospital protocols
• Manage stock, storage, and expiry of medicines
• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals for optimal patient care

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: D.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• Valid pharmacist registration with State Pharmacy Council
• Experience: 1–2 years in hospital or retail pharmacy
• Strong knowledge of medications, dosages, and drug interactions
• Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy settings
• Familiarity with pharmacy management software
• Good communication and counseling skills
• Ability to work in shifts and handle workload efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
