Key Responsibility:  Review about previous day points follow up.  Check list has to be done on a daily basis.  Should take care of all operations Morning And Evening (wellness area , washrooms ) And check yoga and Zumba cleaning before 50 minutes.  Should know about all departments.  Should communicate to the clients Regarding Exercises card and fitness test.  Should Restrict the usage of mobile.  Should supervise the Lunch Break Timings to maintain properly.  Informing the clients about the rules and regulations (like dress, Trainer Timings , gym trainers)  Giving intimation in the group Schedules Regarding daily or weekly Meetings , Leaves and Saturday Shifts.  Follow ups to substitutes ,And inform about all SOPS  Prior information should be given about leaves and should be informed by the Assistant manager.  Should be on the floor by 9 on Saturday and should check lockers.  Responsible for supporting fitness training programs and assisting with fitness-related events as and when required. Handling Documents:  Daily check and monitor exercise cards and R/G Registers, ensuring that fitness tests, card creation, and exercise cards are completed on the same day.  Review all attendance registers (Zumba, Yoga, Gym, CrossFit) daily, making sure they have proper margins, headlines, and are updated accurately.  Provide a Document and Operations Review every Friday, assessing the status of all documents and operational processes.  Regularly inspect and ensure the accuracy and completeness of log books, making sure they reflect the correct data and are maintained according to company standards.  Ensure all documents are properly filed, stored, and easily accessible, adhering to company guidelines for organization and security.  Monitor and track any discrepancies or missing information in the registers and exercise cards, promptly resolving any issues and ensuring consistency.  Equipment service and other reports:  Should check equipment condition and should give feedback.  Should suggest any new Equipment or any changes required in the gym.  Auditing of Equipment Should be done on Every saturday.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
