Mayvin is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Mayvin Corporate office in its contracts within the Global Law Enforcement program. This position shall provide Operational support, including administrative and clerical services.
This position is for 6 months.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must undergo a Background Investigation (BI
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate sensitivity to deadlines and follow through on time
- Communicate via telephone and/or e-mail with high-level officials throughout the company
- Review incoming correspondence related to program activities
- Schedule interviews and meetings as needed
- Assist the operations staff with administrative functions
- Maintain office suspense system, entering items received and assigning standard timeframe due dates
