Account Manager - Canada - Sustainability / SaaS

We are looking for an experienced Account Management Specialist to join a leading SaaS client, working to decarbonise buildings and construction, currently responsible for around 40% of global carbon emissions. The focus will be on the North American market and large global customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to retain and grow the existing customer base, focused on mid‑tier and large customers, driving Gross and Net Revenue retention.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with customers as the basis for revenue expansion and retention.
• Own and manage renewals to maximise this compelling event.
• Identify, nurture, and close expansion opportunities, utilizing our product suite for cross‑sell and effective white‑space mapping.
• Use data and work with CS Ops to proactively identify churn‑risk customers and devise retention solutions.
• Collaborate with the North American market team to act on industry opportunities, attend events and support marketing campaigns.
• Proactively segment and order accounts to target the right customers.
• Drive improvements in retention and growth strategies, acting as a changemaker.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS, Customer Success or Account Management, driving NRR.
• Experience in identifying, nurturing and closing €15,000+ revenue expansion opportunities.
• Data‑driven mindset—use analytics to uncover insights and develop action plans.
• Proactive, creative, and customer‑centric engagement style.
• Comfort with phone outreach to drive retention or expansion.
• Collaboration skills—engage sales, product, CS, or others to maximise success.
• Metrics‑driven—excel in meeting individual and team targets.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in LCA, building sustainability or embodied carbon is beneficial but not required.
