Join us.</span></p></div><h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Job Summary</strong></span></h1> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">May Mobility is entering into an exciting phase of growth as we expand our first-of-its-kind autonomous vehicle and mobility services across the nation. As our fleets continue to grow both in numbers and technological capability, we are looking for a Field Operations Trainer to deliver hands-on, in-vehicle training to our Autonomous Vehicle Operators and Test Drivers at sites across the country. This role will report directly to our Field Operations Training Manager and will spend the vast majority of the time on the road, embedded with site operations teams during launches and ongoing support visits.</span></p> <h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Essential Responsibilities</strong></span></h1> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Become an expert at operating May vehicles — know how they work and how to drive them safely — while occasionally driving research vehicles for training purposes.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Deliver standardized Autonomous Vehicle Operator training programs at site operations across the country, including classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel sessions.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Conduct on-route ride-alongs, evaluations, and safety check-offs to certify new operators before they begin revenue service.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide one-on-one coaching, feedback, and refresher training to reinforce safe operating procedures and customer service best practices for riders.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Travel to new launch sites and existing site operations to support operator training, typically in 2-3 week deployments.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Document trainee progress, certification results, and field observations and report back to the Field Operations Training Manager.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Follow standardized training procedures and materials consistently across sites; flag improvement ideas to the Training Manager rather than altering programs in the field.</span></li> </ul> <h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Skills and Abilities</strong></span></h1> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><em>Success in this role typically requires the following competencies:</em></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Flexibility and adaptability, able to maintain focus on the day's training goals despite changing site conditions, weather, and schedules</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Comfort navigating and learning new roads, neighborhoods, and service areas quickly</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong communication, able to clearly explain procedures and give in-the-moment coaching</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Technical savviness — comfortable with computers, tablets, mobile apps, and learning new vehicle and software systems</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Travel proficiency — comfortable living out of a suitcase for weeks at a time</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to travel 2-3 weeks at a time to field offices, up to 95% of the year</span></li> </ul> <h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong></span></h1> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><em>Candidates most successful in this role typically hold the following qualifications or comparable knowledge or experience:</em></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong><em>Required</em></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Associate's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Outstanding verbal and written communication skills across multiple platforms&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to work effectively with team members at all levels of the organization</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for at least 3 years</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Comfortable using documents, spreadsheets, presentations, mobile apps, and learning new digital tools</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability to follow process consistently and approach problems in a methodical manner</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong><em>Desirable</em></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Prior experience training, coaching, or mentoring others (formal or informal — fleet, transit, hospitality, retail, military, etc.)</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience as a professional driver, fleet driver, transit operator, CDL holder, or driving instructor</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Exposure to the autonomous vehicle, robotics, or connected-vehicle space</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">CPR certified</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Comfort with vehicle telematics, fleet management software, or basic vehicle diagnostics</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Current passport - prepared for potential international training deployments</span><br><br></li> </ul> <h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></span></h1> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Standard office working conditions which includes but is not limited to:</span></li> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Prolonged sitting (including in vehicles during ride-alongs and on-route training)</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Prolonged standing</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Prolonged computer use</span></li> </ul> </ul> <h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Travel required? -&nbsp;
