We are seeking a Quality Engineer II to join our dynamic team and contribute to building high-quality, scalable, and user-centric solutions in the payments domain. You will work closely with senior engineers, product managers, and designers to support test planning, automation, and quality assurance efforts across the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in sprint planning and contribute to test case design and execution.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Playwright, Karate, or Rest Assured.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and test environments.
- Execute functional, regression, and API tests to ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Support performance and resilience testing using tools like JMeter under guidance.
- Contribute to BDD/TDD practices and help maintain quality gates using tools like SonarQube.
- Document test results, defects, and provide feedback to improve product quality.
- Stay updated with emerging testing tools and practices and apply them as appropriate.

What You Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in software testing or test automation.
- Familiarity with Agile development and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with one or more automation tools: Selenium, Playwright, Karate, Rest Assured.
- Basic understanding of performance testing tools like JMeter.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and containerization tools like Docker.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
