Lead Technical Program Manager F/T

Overview
Role
• Coach the team on self-organization and working effectively cross-functionally.
• Remove impediments and escalate obstacles for the team to leadership.
• Collaborate with application integration teams to work thru issues and coordinate on release/testing efforts.
• Coordinate with the product owner on defect prioritization.
• Monitor team velocity and assist with sprint planning including grooming.
• Facilitate scrum events including grooming, planning, demos and retrospective meetings. Provide leadership on scrum practices to the team and the organization.
• Understand service cloud functionality and other application integrations in order to assist with regression testing.
• Collaborate with other scrum masters in the organization to maintain a strong agile practice.

About You
• Position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering, Business Analytics, or related and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered, or as a Program Manager, Project Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Programmer Analyst, Information Systems Analyst, IT Analyst, Process Analyst, IT Project Engineer, or related. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master's degree and two (2) years of progressively responsible experience. Qualifying experience must include two (2) years with each of the following: API's; Remedy, Rally, Jira, Aha, or other comparable project management applications; Interactions with product owners; SCRUM MASTER (CSM); SAFE SCRUM MASTER (SSM); SALESFORCE SERVICE CLOUD APPLICATION.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more. Pay Ranges

O'Fallon, Missouri: $122,000 - $207,000 USD
