Director, Technical Program Management F/T

Overview
Responsible for coordinating across Market Facing Financial Software Systems and Shared Support Systems programs to drive overall planning and execution to deliver on Mastercard Localization and Modernization objectives.
Role.
• Assist in definition of consistent planning, requirements and execution tracking/gating approach across workstreams/programs.
• Drive and manage overall view of dependencies across Market-Facing Financial Software Systems and Shared Support Systems programs and work across TPM teams to identify other services.
• Identify, manage and escalate risks as necessary.
• Partner with Reporting and Communications function to deliver updates to executive leadership on project execution status.
• Provide single-point-of-contact support for Market-Facing Financial Software Systems and Shared Support Systems programs.

About You
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related and two (2) years of experience in job offered or as a Computer Systems Analyst, Project Manager, Quality Assurance Analyst, or related. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, the employer will accept two (2) additional years of work experience.
• Qualifying experience must include at least one (1) year with each of the following: Program level planning; ISO 8583 Standard; Software Development Lifecycle; Payment industry experience; Business application suites such as Office 365.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay Ranges

O'Fallon, Missouri: $152,000 - $258,000 USD
