Are you a hands-on leader with packaging experience in a manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a motivated Packaging Line Lead to drive production, ensure compliance, and lead a high-performing team in a regulated pharmaceutical setting.
This is a leadership role where you’ll be on the floor — coaching, troubleshooting, and keeping operations running smoothly.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead, train, and motivate packaging operators to meet daily production goals
✅ Assign tasks and adjust staffing to maximize efficiency
✅ Operate and monitor packaging equipment (manual + automated systems)
✅ Ensure all documentation is completed in full compliance with GDP and FDA regulations
✅ Utilize SAP for inventory control, material movements, and work orders
✅ Stage materials to maintain continuous packaging operations
✅ Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with Maintenance as needed
✅ Maintain a clean and inspection-ready packaging area
✅ Promote safety and continuous process improvement
💡 Job Requirements:
✔ Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience (pharma preferred)
✔ Prior leadership or lead experience strongly preferred
✔ Working knowledge of cGMP regulations
✔ SAP experience for inventory transactions
✔ Ability to operate pallet jack; forklift experience a plus
✔ Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
✔ Basic computer and PLC operation skills
✔ High school diploma or equivalent required.
✔ Background check & drug screen mandatory.
