Senior Platform Engineer - Flex 💰 Salary: $90,000 - 130,000 per year

📝 Rquirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Over 6 years of experience in a role focused on infrastructure as code (Terraform), DevOps, and platform automation
• Strong proficiency in:
• Terraform (3-5 years of experience)
• DevOps automation tools and methodologies (e.g., Harness)
• Scripting languages (e.g., Python)
• Cloud environments (AWS)
• Database as a Service technologies (Couchbase and AWS DBaaS Products)
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
• Capability to engage with users for support and requirement gathering
• A mindset geared towards growth, demonstrating a desire to learn and expand skillsets
• Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering high-quality work

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are:

• Assist in the creation and upkeep of Terraform modules for cloud infrastructure provisioning
• Design and deploy new automation and modules aligned with stakeholder needs
• Enhance operational maturity within our infrastructure automation platform
• Provide automation solutions to facilitate self-service infrastructure provisioning and manage ongoing operations for application development and platform engineering teams
• Diagnose issues and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of platform stability through initiatives like automated release testing for infrastructure modules and improved observability
• Collaborate closely with application teams and stakeholders to comprehend needs and deliver solutions
• Maintain open and proactive communication, offering updates, documentation, and support as necessary
• Take charge of personal learning on new tools and technologies, particularly in areas like observability (Dynatrace) and policy as code (OPA, OSCAL)
• Support documentation, diagrams, and knowledge sharing initiatives to aid the teams success
