Pharmacy Assistant (Kroll Experience Required)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will support pharmacists in dispensing medications, managing patient interactions, and maintaining pharmacy operations. Prior experience in hospital or pharmacy settings is preferred, along with a strong understanding of medical terminology and medication administration procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Manage inventory by stocking medications and supplies, and ensuring proper storage conditions
• Provide excellent patient care by answering questions and offering guidance under pharmacist supervision
• Maintain accurate records of medication dispensing and patient interactions
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and processing insurance claims
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, health regulations, and confidentiality standards
• Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and team members to facilitate smooth pharmacy operations
• Must be willing to work rotating weekends

Experience

• Previous hospital or pharmacy technician experience is highly desirable
• Knowledge of medical terminology related to medications and patient care
• Experience in medication administration or assisting with patient treatments is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
• Prior experience supporting patient care activities is advantageous
• Kroll experience required
• Fluent in Ukrainian/Serbian an asset
