Senior Trademark Attorney
Our client is a top Am law 200 firm, seeking a senior level trademark attorney with 9-15 years of experience. This position is open in all firm locations, which includes Alexandria and other nationwide locations. The salary for this role starts at $270k+.
Qualifications
- 9-15 years of experience in trademark law, managing trademark registration processes, providing brand counseling, and developing global trademark portfolio strategies.
- Experience enforcing trademark rights by monitoring potential infringements, drafting legal documents, and collaborating on international litigation and opposition matters.
- Excellent analytical, research, writing skills, and interpersonal skills.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
