Job Description

We are looking for a QA Engineer with experience in the Sheet Metal Industry to ensure product quality and maintain quality standards in production processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspection of sheet metal components
• Use measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
• Ensure products meet customer drawings and specifications
• Handle quality documentation and inspection reports
• Monitor rejection and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate with production and tool room teams for quality improvement
• Maintain quality standards and process control

Requirements

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering
• 2–4 years experience in Quality Assurance in Sheet Metal Industry
• Knowledge of GD&T and drawing reading
• Experience with measuring instruments and inspection methods

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of 7 QC tools / basic quality tools
• Problem solving and root cause analysis
• Good communication and teamwork skills
