Reporting to the Director, you will manage variable incentive processes and ensure accurate commission calculations. Collaborating with teams across Distribution, Human Resources, and Finance, you will leverage analytical reporting and enhance internal compensation systems. Your focus will be on maintaining financial controls while driving process improvements and building key relationships across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive calculations
- Oversee field staff lifecycle processes and reconciliations
- Deliver analytical reports for sales leadership
- Support commission forecasts and variance analyses
- Drive adoption of AI and Power BI for analytics
Requirements
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proven stakeholder management experience
- Detail-oriented with a customer-centric approach
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
- CPA preferred with 3+ years of accounting experience
