Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to cut waste
• Lead FMEA reviews and feasibility studies
• Assess automation and capital expenditure investments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering
• 3+ years manufacturing experience is essential
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma tools
• Proficiency in production systems and performance metrics
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
