• Oversee operations of the shop and fleet
• Manage inventory and parts for operations
• Dispatch drivers and schedule routing effectively
• Maintain records of equipment maintenance
• Analyze fleet performance and recommend improvements Requirements:
• 4-5 years heavy equipment experience
• Class G driver's license is a must
• Familiarity with fleet management software
• Certification in fleet management preferred
