Job Description
We are looking for a skilled IT Support Executive to manage and maintain IT infrastructure, trading systems, and user support in a fast-paced broking environment. The candidate should ensure smooth functioning of trading platforms, networks, and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for trading platforms (like terminals, back-office systems, and mobile/web apps)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Support users with login issues, password resets, and system access
- Monitor system performance and ensure uptime of trading systems
- Coordinate with vendors for software/hardware upgrades and issue resolution
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Ensure data security, backups, and antivirus updates
- Assist in network setup (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) and troubleshooting
- Provide immediate support during market hours (critical requirement)
