IT Support Technician

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Executive to manage and maintain IT infrastructure, trading systems, and user support in a fast-paced broking environment. The candidate should ensure smooth functioning of trading platforms, networks, and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for trading platforms (like terminals, back-office systems, and mobile/web apps)
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Support users with login issues, password resets, and system access
• Monitor system performance and ensure uptime of trading systems
• Coordinate with vendors for software/hardware upgrades and issue resolution
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
• Ensure data security, backups, and antivirus updates
• Assist in network setup (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) and troubleshooting
• Provide immediate support during market hours (critical requirement)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
