Our product environments - spanning multi-tenant, single-tenant, and self-hosted deployments present unique and complex technical challenges. Join our CloudOps team to continuously evolve these environments, providing the necessary technical expertise to support the massive growth of our strategic customers. What you’ll do

• Provision and maintain a scalable & resilient infrastructure on AWS using Terraform, build automation to simplify their management and speed up initialization.
• Enhance overall service delivery for single-tenant cloud and self-hosted customer environments through robust automation and continuous process improvement.
• Plan and perform maintenance and update activities to ensure the compliance of our components (EKS, RDS, MongoDB, RabbitMQ etc.).
• Monitor costs in our cloud environments, and propose savings and cost-performance optimizations.
• Provide technical advisory and consulting related to infrastructure architecture, sizing, best practices, and recommendations.
• Actively participate in Capacity Planning, oversee the trends, and propose improvements for the platform.
• Implement, maintain, and consult on the observability and monitoring framework that supports the needs of multiple internal stakeholders.
• Educate and share your knowledge with others in technologies we use - Kubernetes, Docker, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ, Postgres, Datadog, and more.
• Ensure to meet customer expectations in solving infrastructural issues and problems, and proactively support our strategic and global customers.
• Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Gemini, Make) to enhance IaC development, elevate the quality of technical documentation or automate common activities.
• Be on an on-call rotation to respond to incidents that impact make.com availability.
• Debug production issues across services and levels of the stack.

What we expect from you

A background in technical advisory in customer-specific issues and diagnostics. Build and maintain scalable, cost-effective, secure, and reliable customer environments via automation tools. Observability and monitoring of customers' environments are your daily routine. Your proactivity in detecting and solving any potential anomalies in the system's health ensures that agreements with customers (such as SLA) are met.
