Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Team Member with a strong focus on testing video streaming server applications. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring the highest quality products.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
● Developing and maintaining test cases for video streaming server applications
● Executing manual and automated tests to ensure that the video streaming server applications meet all specified requirements
● Executing the test cases on different iOS and Android Mobile devices
● Identifying and reporting defects and issues found during testing
● Collaborating with development team to troubleshoot and resolve defects
● Participating in the development of testing strategies and processes
● Providing regular status updates on the progress of testing activities
● Maintaining documentation on testing activities and results
Requirements
● 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on testing video streaming server applications
● Strong understanding of testing methodologies and processes
● Experience with manual and automated testing tools
● Exposure to basic tools like JIRA, Confluence
● Strong problem-solving and communication skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Able to work on new features/improvements with Dev and other team members help
● Holds accountability of assigned tasks
Bonus
● Playwright automation and Zephyr experience
● Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java and JavaScript is a plus
● SDK Knowledge
