We have an immediate need/opening SAP Hana, BW, SAP SAC Training Instructor and Consultant for a fulltime in British Columbia and Nova Scotia. Join our team in a position that lets you grow with us!

Job Summary:Must have SAP Hana, BW, SAP SAC, SAP CLOUD PLATFORM, SAP CLOUD INTEGRATION TOOL, BODS, BO, QlikView and Project Managementtraining experience or Do Not Apply!

Main Duties will include:

• Train individuals and corporate customers SAP Hana, BW, SAP SAC, SAP CLOUD PLATFORM, SAP CLOUD INTEGRATION TOOL, BODS, BO, QlikView and Project Management
• Develop SAP Hana, BW, SAP SAC, SAP CLOUD PLATFORM, SAP CLOUD INTEGRATION TOOL, BODS, BO, QlikViewcurriculum, prepare teaching materials and outlines for courses
• Teach students using a systematic plan of lectures, demonstrations, discussion groups, laboratory work, seminars, case studies, field assignments and independent or group projects
• Advise students on the program curricula and career based on the latest trends in SAP Hana, BW, SAP SAC, SAP CLOUD tools
• Prepare, administer, mark tests and papers to evaluate students' progress and guide them on their areas to be improved based on their test performance
• Provide individualized tutorial or remedial instruction to students who require it
• Supervise independent or group projects, field placements, laboratory work or hands-on training
• Provide consultation services to students, business and other organizations
• May serve on committees concerned with matters such as budgets, curriculum revision, course and program requirements
• Team building:
• Develop strong relationship with all Services within trainees to develop course materials and receive training feedback.
• Create clear, concise, well-designed, easy to use materials to enhance learning. (Video, job aids, handouts, games, etc.)
• Coordinate production of learning materials, design, printing, binding, scheduling, equipment, room set up, etc.
• Take charge of all training of new and current employees.
• Be a working member of the team and provide hands on training daily.
• Test trainees to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training.
• Encourage team to learn new skillset in support to company’s goals
• Interact with prospect/ current clients to give appropriate solution to their needs in analytics
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams for the requirement
• Deliver robust BW/ HANA reports/Dashboards and Share knowledge with other team members
• Analyze current BW system to provide better cloud solution
• Used SAP Cloud integration tool, SAP Analytics Cloud solution, SAP HANA Cloud
• Created SDI framework
• Complex Custom hierarchies
• Handling Requirements, design, build and testing of the product.
• Helping customers to their Requirements Elicitation.
• Replication using Data Extraction Transfer Loading (ETL) using SAP BOBJ Data Services 4.0.
• SAP HANA Data Provisioning and using SAP LT Replication Server (SLT)
• Developing SAP HANA data modeling using Attribute View, Analytic View, and Calculation View.
• Have worked on BW on HANA including creation of various 7.4 scenarios
• Implementation experience and knowledge of SAP Hana reporting for different functional area.
• Consuming SAP Hana views on IDT to deliver business layer using web intelligence and have proven experience with reporting specially handling complex scenario's using joins and sql.
• Will be able to collect business requirements and define functional & technical specifications.
• Preparing various documents related to the project.
• Involved in full life cycle implementation concept ideation, requirements gathering, data modeling, mockups creation & development.
• Created HANA modeling scenarios and activities such as setting up HANA environment – adding a system, creating schemas and creation of USERs and ROLES, etc.
• Developed HANA Column based tables and SQL Script Procedures, Loading data into table definitions, suspending data loads, and resuming data loads.
• Expert in creation of Attribute Views, Analytical Views and Calculation views Graphical and SQL Script – CE Functions and Stored Procedures.

• SAP CLOUD INTEGRATION TOOL, BODS, BO, QlikView
• Project Management
• Good communication skills

Certifications required

• SAP Certified Application Associate - Reporting / Modelling and Data Acquisition with SAP BW/4HANA 2.x
• SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP Cloud Platform
• SAP Certified Associate - SAP Activate Project Manager
• SAP Certified Application Associate - Modelling and Data Acquisition with SAP BW 7.5 powered by SAP HANA

Qualifications

• Master’s in computer science.
• Management or Administration Studies is a plus.
• 6 years+ experience as a trainer in SAP Hana, BW, SAP SAC, SAP CLOUD PLATFORM, SAP CLOUD INTEGRATION TOOL, BODS, BO, QlikViewand independently creating high complexity courses.
• Strong PowerPoint skills
• Experience in e-Classroom training & Development is an asset.
