One of our clients in manufacturing industry is actively looking for a Manufacturing Engineer for their plant in Oshawa.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronic engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of work experience in manufacturing.
- Automotive Industry experience will be great asset.
- Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for parts and tooling design.
- Experience in machinery troubleshooting and improvement with increasing quality and reducing cycle times and cost.
- Experience in pneumatic and hydraulic power systems design.
- Experience in stress analysis, kinematics design, geometric dimensioning, and tolerance calculations.
- Strong understanding lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Knowledge of automation systems, robotics, and vision systems.
- Experience in Injection mold process experience.
- Experience in Fanuc robot programming and troubleshooting.
- Vision system programming and troubleshooting is an asset
