Job description
- Support the sales team with daily administrative and coordination activities.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other sales-related documents.
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry.

- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.

- Track pending orders and provide regular updates to customers and the sales team.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of sales records.
- Assist in organizing customer meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Perform other sales support tasks assigned by management.
