QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have one year combination of school, training, and/or experience in related field.  Must be able to follow oral and written instructions. Perform manual work involved in lifting and moving heavy objects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Including, but not limited to, the following:

Sweeps, mops, waxes, strips, seals, vacuums, and cleans floors and carpets Dusts, washes, and polishes furniture and woodwork Empties and cleans waste receptacles and picks up trash Washes windows and walls Cleans cafeterias, kitchens, restrooms, locker rooms and other facilities   Fills paper and soaps dispensers - replenishes supplies Turns out lights and secures buildings by locking doors, windows, and gates Moves, arranges, and sets up furniture and equipment for sporting or special events and meetings Pick up and dispose of toxic waste from students Clean exterior of school including but not limited to using a blower and other related machines Perform other duties as assigned/duties may differ from campus to campus.

Hourly Rate: $20 per hour

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Primarily outdoors/indoors position. May require some degree of intermittent bending, stooping, reaching, stretching, and lifting. May require lifting of up to 25 lbs.
