About the Role
We are a premier professional deep cleaning and home maintenance service provider in Kannur. We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and proactive Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day cleaning operations, manage our field crews, and ensure exceptional service delivery to our residential and commercial clients.
As the Operations Manager, you will be the backbone of our execution team—balancing workforce schedules, maintaining service quality standards, and directly coordinating with customers to handle site assessments and feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management & Deployment: Schedule, allocate, and deploy cleaning crews across various service locations in Kannur daily. Monitor real-time performance and team attendance.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct pre-service inspections and post-service quality checks at client sites to guarantee our rigorous deep-cleaning standards are met.
- Client Relations & Site Surveys: Visit premium residential or commercial sites to estimate workload, provide quotes, and address client queries or specific service requests.
- Inventory & Resource Management: Track and maintain inventory levels for specialized cleaning equipment, eco-friendly chemical supplies, and safety gear. Ensure machinery is regularly serviced.
- Training & Onboarding: Recruit, onboard, and continuously train cleaning technicians on safe chemical handling, advanced machine operations, and professional customer etiquette.
- Reporting: Maintain clean records of daily completed jobs, customer feedback scores, and resource expenses to present directly to upper management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in facility management, home service aggregators, hospitality, logistics, or similar operational fields.
- License (Mandatory): Must possess a valid 4-wheeler driving license and be comfortable driving to field locations across the district.
- Language Proficiency: Strong communication skills in Malayalam (essential for team coordination) and working proficiency in English (for client emails and reporting).
- Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the geography of Kannur district to optimize team transit routes and minimize delays.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, group leadership skills, and basic proficiency with mobile apps/software (for scheduling and order tracking).
Preferred Bonus Points:
- Direct experience working in a car washing company or a professional deep cleaning company is a strong advantage.
